Austin Playhouse has an unlimited donation policy for any nonprofit, school, or charity requesting free tickets for use as silent auction items in their fundraising efforts. Each year we donate between $7,500-$10,000 worth of these in-kind gifts to schools and non-profit organizations.

Your company or nonprofit can host your own personal Austin Playhouse performance as a fundraising event with our Benefit Performance Program. This program has raised approximately $25,000 for more than twenty Austin human service organizations including St. David's Healthcare Volunteers, New Life Institute, Literacy Austin, Exchange Club of Austin, rotary clubs, and many more.
We provide printed programs, a beautiful 143 seat venue, a seating chart, and fantastic live entertainment for your event. Participating nonprofits handle event promotion and ticket sales often boosting their fundraising efforts by finding a corporate partner to cover the benefit performance costs, or by holding a silent auction, live auction, etc. Admission costs are determined based on your fundraising goals.
