ACCESSIBLE SEATING
The mainstage and studio stage both have wheelchair and scooter-accessible seating where guests can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater seats. The mainstage includes flexible seating with three floor levels rows available for wheelchair or scooter access. The studio stage includes flexible seating with one floor level row available for wheelchair or scooter access. When purchasing tickets, please communicate your seating needs to the Box Office Manager by emailing boxoffice@austinplayhouse.com or calling 512.476.0084.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS
A wheelchair accessible stall is available in each restroom on the 1st floor. Patrons may access these restrooms by taking the elevator from the mainstage (3rd floor) or the studio stage (2nd floor). The building was originally built in 1949; if you have questions about door widths or accessing areas of the building, please reach out to boxoffice@austinplayhouse.com.
DROP OFF & PARKING
Drop Off
An accessible circle drive is available for drop off at 2107 San Antonio St. Front of house door greeters are available at every show to assist patrons into ADA entrance of the building.
UT Co-Op Parking Garage
The UT Co-Op Parking Garage is conveniently located one block away from the theatre. Patrons are welcome to park on levels 3 and up and elevators to street level are available. When exiting the garage elevator, turn left for the ramp that leads to the sidewalk.
AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETED PERFORMANCES
All productions offer designated show times with American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation. Please visit the individual show pages to find dates with ASL Interpreted performances.
PLAYBILLS
A limited number of large print playbills are available for check out at the Box Office for every production.
