Imaginators Spring Break Camp

Unleash your creativity in this week-long camp! Campers deep-dive into the creative spaces of their minds to create a collaborative production with help from the professional artists of Austin Playhouse. The play-making takes on every area of the theatrical experience from playwriting and design to performance in a fun-filled and empowering week your kids won't forget!

  • Does my child need to have prior theatre experience?
    No experience necessary! In this child-led curriculum, our teaching artists are trained to meet each child where they are at in their experience and comfort level of performance. Through theatre games and group activities, your child will have a fun-filled week leading up to a performance of their own creation!
  • What is the cost?
    Imaginators Camp is $295 for a week-long camp. Extended hours are available with an additional fee. Sibling and multi-camp discounts are available. Please contact Sarah Chong Dickey at sarahchong@austinplayhouse.com before you register to receive a discount code.
  • Do you offer extended hours?
    8am Drop-Off is available for all camps.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Full refunds are available from the time of registration until 28 days prior to the first day of camp. Camp credit towards another session or 50% refund are available from 14-28 days prior to the first day of camp. No refunds are available from 14 days prior to the first day of camp, but camp credit towards another session is available.
  • What should I expect after registration?
    After registration, please fill out the information form through this link as soon as possible. You will receive an email with information about location, drop-off and pick-up, and what your camper will need to bring.
