Three years after Shakespeare’s death, his plays are constantly pirated and performed in inaccurate versions that tarnish the bard's legacy. Henry Condell and John Heminges, Shakespeare's friends and actors in the King’s Men, are determined to make sure true versions of the plays survive by compiling the First Folio, recapturing the words that shaped their lives.
